•General Characteristic
•Green Turtle snout is very short and its beak is unhooked
•Dorsal Surface of Turtle head has a single pair of prefrontal scales
•They weigh over 500 Kg
•The shell of the turtle is known have various pattern that change over time


•Habitat
• Turtles return to lay eggs on beaches
•Mature turtles spend most of their time in costal waters
•Once the turtle reach certain age, they leave their habitat and travel near shore
•Green Turtles are found in fairly shallow waters

•Crabs
•Small Mammals
•Shore Birds
Prey:
Algae, Sea grass, and mangrove leaves
