Queen Isabella I and King Ferdinand II of Argon know as Catholic. Alexander VI a Spanish Pope gave the title to Isabella. The title means Pope as leader of Roman Catholic Church, a Catholic principles in personal lives and state policies as Queen and King. Surprising that birth of Isabella and Ferdinand are pretty close. Birth of Isabella born in April 22, 1451 and Ferdinand March 10, 1941. Isabella mother and father name are John II King of Castile and his second wife, Isabella of Portugal. Father died when Isabella just three years old, Isabella older brother Alfonso took place of King Henry IV. But Alfonso die by plague, people thought someone try poison him so can’t be king. Nobles decide if Isabella could be next ruler of Spain. Isabella refuse the offer saying that brother was still alive, she never would been queen the first place. Either feels sorry for her brother and don’t want to rule Spain. She had choose marry Don Carlos of Prince of Viana by King Henry order, but he died before arrangement were set. After these events Isabella decides marry Ferdinand II of Argon even King Henry didn’t like it. Would throw her in the dungeon, but Isabella have powerful supporters that can’t do that. Later, a war happen Castile and Aragon against Portugal. Last almost for five years a part of a peace treaty Joan did not last along to the throne. So Isabella starts becoming queen of Spain and Ferdinand now King Ferdinand II of Argon. Isabella decide with Ferdinand ruled over ruled two kingdom Spain and Aragon. It was bad time for Isabella and Ferdinand, because anyone that not Catholic was suspected of being against the church. So was a risk of being torture and death if they not give up own religion and become a Catholic. So Ferdinand ordered at July 1 1492, all Jewish people to leave Spain or will be in death. Both Isabella and Ferdinand decided leave far from Spain. So join with Sea Captain as Christopher Columbus. Many years after Christopher Columbus returned to Spain in 1493. With an accomplishment Queen Isabella became protector of the Native American. Plus, Isabella lists a law about against the abuse of Native American people by colonists and adventures. This was great time for Spain or better name as the Golden Age of Spain. For example discovers like Columbus search and find gold and Great Manufactures from cloths, steel weapons and leather goods. It all thanks to Isabella made big impact see great potential inside Columbus and her laws are fair with the citizens. With all the effort and hard work enabled Spain is peacefully. Plus a strong army and navy made Spain a world power and great trading power. Isabella and Ferdinand accomplish having big family of five children as four girls and 1 boy. Names are John the rest all girls Isabella, Joan, Maria and Catherine. Isabella now lived life as mother, wife, Catholic and Queen all in one life time. Even people think better her husband as a ruler, who had the skill to guide and make Spain a great country. But Ferdinand did some accomplishment as well like, skillful military campaigns propelled Spain to the forefront of European politics. Ferdinand also a master of political control, and contained French assault and persuaded the papacy to divide the territories in Americans. Papacy actually means the period during which a certain pope is in office. Addition he had great charm and great doing hunting, jousting, gambling and women. Isabella died on November 26, 1504 in Medina del Campo she said last request. Hope her successors protect and treat people in Americas with respect also the Spanish people.
